Cancellation Policy
What is the cancellation policy?
While I understand things happen, I kindly request 48 hours in the event of a cancellation. Cases where cancellations are made less than 24 hours or you simply don’t show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay for half of the cancelled appointment before your next booking. This policy helps cover time and resources that were reserved for your treatment.
How much notice do I need to give to reschedule an appointment?
Please provide 48 hours in the event of rescheduling an appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
What happens if I’m late for an appointment?
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, without notice, will be considered a no show and fees will apply before rebooking.
Before Your Appointment
Is there anything I need to do prior to my appointment?
Depending on the service you’re having done different rules apply. Lash extension clients need to come with clean, makeup free lashes. Makeup clients need to prep their skin as they normally would (cleanser, toner, moisturizer etc) as well as make sure their face is free of existing makeup. Microblading clients need to review the pre-appointment form.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable you can relax in. Clients having pedicure services need to bring sandals to their appointment or foam sandals will be provided.
What types of payment do you accept?
Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash payments are all accepted.

Laneway or street parking are both available.
What door do I use?
Please knock at the side entrance and I will let you in.
